Allison has a general civil
practice which primarily includes divorce, child support, child
custody, estate planning and probate, education/school law,
business formations, real estate transactions, and personal
injuries. Additionally,
Allison currently serves as Corporate Counsel for the City of
Fulton, Kentucky. Allison is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of
Kentucky and the states of Tennessee and Mississippi.
In 2004, Allison began working as an associate attorney with the
firm of Markow Walker in Ridgeland, Mississippi with the
firms’ civil litigation group. In 2005, Mrs. Whitledge moved
to her native hometown of Fulton, Kentucky and began work as an
Assistant County Attorney with the Fulton County Attorney’s
office. In 2006, Mrs. Whitledge and a colleague ventured
out on their own, opening the doors of a new private practice in
Fulton, Kentucky.
Mrs. Whitledge obtained her Doctor of
Jurisprudence degree from Mississippi College School of Law in
2003. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in
the Commonwealth of Kentucky and she is also admitted to
practice in the United States District Court for the Western
District of Kentucky. Mrs. Whitledge is admitted to
practice in all courts of the state of Tennessee and before all
state and federal courts in Mississippi and the United States
Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mrs. Whitledge is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association,
Tennessee Bar Association, and 1st Judicial Circuit Bar
Association. The firm is a member of the Twin Cities
Chamber of Commerce and Mrs. Whitledge presently serves on the
board of directors.
Allison resides in Fulton, Kentucky with her husband Joshua
Whitledge and daughter Reagan.
