     Leigh was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and after graduation from high school, attended Murray State University.  She received her Legal Assistant degree from Draughon’s Business College in Jackson, Mississippi and began work as a legal assistant in the late 70’s.  She has since worked in the States of Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky.  Leigh was granted a lifetime commission as a Notary Public in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, and was a former member of the Lafayette Parish Paralegal Association and Louisiana Paralegal Association.   She currently resides in Fulton, Kentucky and has two sons.
