     Connie is a native of Mayfield, Graves County, Kentucky, where she attended Sedalia High School, graduating in 1980.  She then attended Draughon’s Junior College of Business in Paducah, Kentucky where she obtained her degree in Business and Legal Studies.  Ms. Stephens began her career as a legal assistant with E. Dan Sharp, Jr. in Mayfield, Kentucky, who began her training as a paralegal.  Upon the death of Dan Sharp, Ms. Stephens continued her career as a paralegal with a law firm in Murray, Kentucky.  She is now employed with Whitledge & Associates as Office Manager and real estate paralegal for the office.  Ms. Stephens has worked as a paralegal for more than 26 years; is an active member of the Kentucky Paralegal Association, as well as West Kentucky Paralegals.  She is married to Randy Stephens who is employed with CTI, Inc.in Mayfield, Kentucky; has one son, and two step-children.
