Jason received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis,
where he served as the Editor in Chief of the Washington
University Law Review. He is admitted to practice law
within the Commonwealth of Kentucky and maintains a diverse
legal practice, with a focus primarily on the areas of family
law, agriculture law, corporate law, estate planning, education
and school law, and municipality law. In addition to his
civil practice, Jason serves as the Assistant County Attorney
for Fulton County, Kentucky, where he aids in criminal
prosecutions. He is a member of the American Agricultural
Law Association, as well as the Disaster Legal Relief and Public
Service Committees of the Kentucky Bar Association.
Prior to beginning his career as a lawyer, Jason graduated with
honors from Morehead State University with a degree in history.
During his time as an undergraduate, Jason was selected to serve
as a White House intern in the Bush Administration.
After graduating from Morehead State University, Jason accepted
a position on Capitol Hill, where he went on to serve as a Staff
Assistant, Legislative Correspondent, and Communications
Director to two members of Congress.
Jason now resides in Hickman County, Kentucky, with his wife
(and high school sweetheart), Tonia.
